Our Fidelity Guarantee Insurance policy provides protection for financial loss sustained as a result of fraud or dishonesty of an employee.

Who can take this policy

• Owners of Business Establishment, Corporate Offices, Factory Owners.

For whom this Policy

• Salaried employees handling cash e.g Financial Managers, Cashiers, Collection Agents, Drivers and/or Sales personnel 

Benefits Against

• Fraud or dishonesty of an employee.

Our Maximum Liability (Sum Insured)

• The actual amount or loss subject to the policy sum insured.

Discovery Period allowed

• 6 Months

• Depends on the No of Employees and Amount of Guarantee

General Exclusions

• If not discovered with in 6 months after the death, dismissal or Reteriement of Employee
• Mis-statement of fact at the time of effecting the policy.
• Change in the conditions of employment without the consent of the insurance Company

Claim Procedures

• In case of a claim due to the above perils,
  • Immediately
    • Inform the police immediately
    • Inform our nearest office by phone
    • Protect the damaged property till Insurance surveyor arrives
    • Inform our nearest office by phone
  • Subsequently
    Submit the below documents:
    • Police Report
    • Investigation Report if any
    • Any other relevant document that Insurance surveyor or Company Requires
